Delivery
Where goods are purchased, most orders are sent using a courier and will need signing for. Delivery charges vary greatly depending on the size of the item being purchased and where it is to be sent, you will be advised of delivery costs when you place your order.
International Orders
Please contact us for delivery outside of the UK and we will advise you of delivery costs. The customer is responsible for any import duties and local taxes due on any orders they place. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to North America.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By using this website or by placing an order with ourselves you agreed that any action for damages brought against WibbleJelly Ltd., it’s officers or employees shall be within the jurisdiction of a court within Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
When Will My Order Be Sent
Most of the games and activities we offer for sale are built to order, we aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days (Monday to Friday). Whilst we aim to hold all the parts needed to manufacture the games in stock, we are dependent on suppliers for some items and this may extend the delivery time. When you place an order we will advice you on the expected delivery date.
Returns
We offer a 12 month, return to base, guarantee on all of the games and activities we sell.
Please be aware that we don’t send out games and activities ‘On Approval’ if you have a question about our games or activities please contact us. We attend the main industry trade shows such as INPAS and the Leisure Supplies Show where you can try our games and we may also be able to arrange a trial at your location.
Errors and Omissions
If an error is discovered in the price of the item(s) you have ordered, we will inform you and issue a full refund as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fullfil an order for an item which was advertised at an incorrect price, if the item(s) has been charged and not despatched we will cancel and refund your order. An order will not be deemed to be accepted by WibbleJelly Ltd. until we despatch the goods.
Ownership Of Purchased Goods
Ownership of any goods purchased from ourselves remains with WibbleJelly Ltd. until full payment has been received and all payments have cleared through the payment processing systems. Paying a deposit for goods does not imply ownership of the goods even if they may be in your physical possession.
Payment Methods
Out preferred method of payment is by Bank Transfer, details will be sent with our invoice. We can also use Paypal to handle payments, you do not need a Paypal account to purchase goods as they also offer a facility to pay by credit and debit card.
If you wish you may pay by cheque drawn on a UK bank, please email us your order and we will send you details of how to pay by cheque. Under no circumstances will goods ordered by cheque, including ‘e-cheques’, be dispatched until the cheque has cleared, please allow 10 – 14 days for the cheque to clear.
Payment Refusal
Any payments that are made by a customer and subsequently refused, such as, but not limited to, cheques returned by the bank, shall incur a £20.00 handling charge for each transaction to cover the charges incurred from our bank and to cover our administration charges. Refusal to pay for the goods and the handling charge may result in legal action being taken against you.
