When Will My Order Be Sent?
Most of the games and activities we offer for sale are built to order, we aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days (Monday to Friday). Whilst we aim to hold all the parts needed to manufacture the games in stock, we are dependent on suppliers for some items and this may extend the delivery time. When you place an order we will advice you on the expected delivery date.
What are the Delivery Costs
Where goods are purchased, most orders are sent using a courier and will need signing for. Delivery charges vary greatly depending on the size of the item being purchased and where it is to be sent, you will be advised of delivery costs when you place your order.
For activities that are hired they will generally be delivered and collected using our own transport, delivery costs will be advised at the time of placing your order and depend on how far we need to travel.
Do you ship to international destinations?
Yes we do ship to international destinations. Please contact us for delivery outside of the UK and we will advise you of any additional postage costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to North America.
Do you give multiple purchase discounts?
Yes we do give discounts for multiple purchases, if you want to purchase multiple items from us please contact us and we will see what we can do.
How can I pay?
Our preferred method of payment is by Bank Transfer, however you can also use Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase goods as they also offer a facility to pay by credit and debit card. If you wish you may pay by cheque drawn on a UK bank, please email us your order and we will send you detail of how to pay by cheque. Under no circumstances will goods ordered by cheque be dispatched until the cheque has cleared, please allow 10 – 14 days for the cheque to clear.
Are you VAT registered?
No we are still a small family business (but growing fast) so aren’t yet VAT registered.
I love your games, but I want something different, can you help?
We design and manufacture all of our games ourselves so can easily alter or customise games to suit your requirements. Contact us for a chat and a free quote.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
Sorry we are an internet based business and don’t have a retail outlet, we manufacture all of our games to order so don’t keep any stock of games. However we attend the main industry trade shows such as INPAS in January and The Leisure Supplies Show in October so you may see us there, alternatively we may be able to arrange for a demo of one of our games for you.
